Suzanne’s expertise is in all aspects of buying and selling residential real estate, and regularly advises a broad range of clients purchasing high-value residential properties in London and across the UK. Her clients range from UK based to international high net worth individuals, including footballers, investors, developers and companies.

Suzanne also advises on the management of residential real estate portfolios.

Suzanne is mentioned in the Legal 500 publication as a recommended lawyer 2017, 2018 and 2020.

• Advised a number of Premiership footballers in connection with the acquisition of properties.
• Advised overseas clients in connection with the acquisition of new-build residential properties in the UK.
