Experience

• Assisted on the sale of 33% of the issued share capital of a company which provides mobile data connectivity services and mobile data connectivity management, to a Jersey based investment fund based on an enterprise value of circa £45 million.
• Assisted a UK based hotel chain operator on its sale of a hotel in Kingston to a Thai investment fund for circa £13 million. Subsequently advised on a further sale of another hotel owned by the same seller.
• Assisted on the sale of the entire issued share capital of a company, which provides IT solutions, consultancy services and products, to a European provider of business-to-business digital services for circa £10 million.
• Advised on the sales of the entire issued share capital of property special purpose vehicles to UK based property development companies for circa £4 million and £2 million.
• Advised a property development company on a joint venture arrangement which consisted of a share re-organisation and subsequent investment into a joint venture company for circa £2 million.
• Advised an Australian technology, investment and delivery company operating in the sporting and entertainment sector on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of a data analytics service provider, also in the sports industry, for circa £3 million. Now advising on a further acquisition by the same buyer.
• Advised various companies in the food industry sector on investments and re-organisations, including share transfers, debt assignments, share capital reductions and capitalisation of debt.
