Gideon deals primarily with residential developments, advising developers, investors and offshore trust companies throughout the development cycle including site acquisitions and assembly, legal structuring, development finance, lettings and individual plot sales.

In addition to acting for a range of developers, Gideon undertakes a broad range of property work acting for private clients in leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals and has extensive experience acting for overseas investors and high net worth individuals, having in particular advised those investing in the UK from China.

• Acted on the acquisition of multi-million pound development sites in Islington and Whitehall
• Acted on the financing of a development site in Covent Garden with a value in excess of £25 million
• Successfully completed the sale of 15 luxury apartments in a new development in Putney, London within five months
• Acted for a UK developer on a mixed-use scheme of circa 50 units on the site of an old brewery and factory in Brighton
• Acted on the sale of a £15 million property situated in one of Regent’s Park’s listed terraces
• Acted on the simultaneous purchase of 7 off-plan properties within an exclusive St Johns Wood development for an investor client
• Acted on a refinance of a portfolio of 24 central London apartments for a Middle Eastern bank
