Nicola joined the Private Client department at Teacher Stern in 2014 having previously trained, qualified and practised at Barlow Robbins LLP.
Nicola has wide experience in personal wealth management and estate planning for individuals, including Will drafting, inheritance tax mitigation and the use of trusts. She also advises on probate and the administration of estates.
Nicola deals with all aspects of Court of Protection matters, contentious and non-contentious, such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyships, Statutory Wills and other issues surrounding mental capacity, the protection of assets and health and welfare. In addition she advises clients on dealing with clinical negligence or personal injury awards, such as the use of Personal Injury Trusts.
