Paul specialises in the sale and acquisition of large-scale commercial properties. He’s also closely involved in the letting and management of major shopping centres and the acquisition of public house portfolios for investment purposes.

His broad commercial property expertise extends to landlord and tenant, investment transactions, disposals by receivers/mortgagees and advising on offshore structures.

Work for Teacher Stern includes:

• Acquisition of 545 public houses, in a deal worth £163 million
• Purchase of a shopping centre for £75 million
• Property aspects of a £430 million acquisition of 180 petrol stations.
• £110 million acquisition and disposal of a portfolio of nursing homes
