Corporate and commercial
Kelly provides advice in respect of all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, investments and disposals related to private companies. She works across a number of industry sectors, including property holding and management, manufacturing and pharmaceutical, and provides advice to a wide range of clients.
She also advises on commercial matters such as terms and conditions, manufacturing and distribution agreements, together with providing general company advice including shareholders' agreements and company start-up documentation.
Another area of Kelly's expertise is employment law where she has spent much time developing the employment practice around the concept of strategic employment advice. This is where an imaginative and holistic approach to employment law creates effective business solutions that genuinely contribute to improved pan-enterprise performance. Cost reduction, motivation and performance improvement and desired staff retention rates are at the heart of the analytical approach adopted here.
She provides non-contentious employment advice for employers and employees on a range of employment issues to include compromise agreements and matters connected to employees on the disposal of a business (TUPE related issues).
