Aubrey is a corporate specialist who focuses on public and private M&A, joint ventures and strategic investments for companies, investors and financial advisors. He is qualified in both the UK and Canada and regularly advises on a wide variety of international corporate transactions and cross-border business matters.
Aubrey has in-depth experience in the media, technology and leisure sectors. He also has a keen interest in climate change matters and advises on the UK’s Carbon Reduction Commitment regulations.
Prior to joining Teacher Stern, Aubrey spent several years working at a top City law firm and at a leading business law firm in Toronto, Canada.
