Commercial property and tax planning
Stuart co-founded Teacher Stern with David Teacher in 1967. For many years, he has specialised in UK real estate investment, with particular expertise in assessing both the legal and commercial elements of property transactions. Since May 2005, he has acted as a Consultant to the firm.
Throughout his career, Stuart has maintained his interest in Jewish community affairs, and this is reflected in the firm's client base. In recent years, he has focused on developing a network of Israeli-based clients.
Stuart also has broad experience in UK and international tax planning including trusts, off-shore corporate structures and effective tax strategies for inward UK investment.
