Corporate and commercial
David co-founded Teacher Stern with Stuart Stern in 1967 and has acted as a Consultant to the firm since April 2003.
Throughout his career, he has been involved with all areas and aspects of the practice. In recent years, David has worked mainly in the corporate and commercial arena. He has considerable experience advising overseas companies and foreign nationals on joint ventures, immigration and international taxation.
A frequent traveller to Israel, David works closely with Israeli enterprises both in Israel and the UK.
