Property litigation
Laura acts predominantly for landlords and management companies, dealing with all kinds of landlord and tenant disputes. These range from arrears collection and breaches of lease covenants, to dilapidations and possession actions. Her experience encompasses both residential and commercial property litigation.
In addition to her property litigation work, Laura also advises on general property management issues and business lease renewals.
Laura is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
