Corporate and Commercial
Ed trained at Teacher Stern and qualified as a solictor in 2005. As a corporate and commercial lawyer, he advises on a wide range of commercial agreements. His regular work involves shareholder agreements, image rights assignments, licences for sportsmen and women and general commercial contracts.
Ed also has wide ranging experience in advising on acquisitions and disposals of private companies and businesses, in particular, for clients who own high-value commercial and residential properties, often involving complex offshore companies, limited partnership arrangements and unit trusts.

• Joint venture acquisition of industrial estate in London valued at £16 million
• Acquisition of two residential properties in London valued at £12 million via a limited partnership
Before joining Teacher Stern, Ed being fluent in French worked for a corporate and commercial law firm in Paris where he acted for a wide range of clients including a major commercial bank on the refinancing of a hotel chain in the French Caribbean, receivables finance and compromise agreements. In addition he acted for a French record label on its distribution and licensing arrangements.
