With Teacher Stern since joining as a trainee in 1993, Charlotte’s expertise encompasses all types of residential and commercial property work. This includes investment property acquisitions, shopping centre management and the management of diverse property portfolios.

She is also highly experienced in property finance, both for borrowers and lenders, as well as in the acquisition of residential buildings for use as dwellings in multiple occupation.
