Construction matters form an integral part of the Teacher Stern Commercial property offering.

Recent work for Teacher Stern includes:

• Drafting and negotiating Appointments Funder,Tenant and Client Collateral Warranties relating to the redevelopment of a shopping centre and community buildings for circa £25 million
• Contract procurement and documents for the redevelopment of retail units for circa £3.5 million
• Advising on contract documents for the refurbishment of a substantial private residence in Mayfair
• Providing contractual advice to a cladding subcontractor
• Negotiating contract documents for a new build block of flats
