Emma has a range of corporate experience and in particular share sales/purchases and business acquisitions/disposals.
In addition, Emma acts for corporate and individual clients advising on all aspects of non-contentious employment law. Her experience in this area includes advising on the application and implication of TUPE arising as a result of corporate transactions, advising parties of their employment rights and obligations, including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, restrictive covenants and confidentiality. She also has experience completing directors' service contracts and employment contracts for staff at all levels together with related policies, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, health and safety and equal opportunities. Emma also advises on the procedures in relation to redundancy and has acted for many clients to produce and agree compromise agreements on the termination of employment.
Qualified at Teacher Stern on 1st October 2008.
