Danielle is a solicitor in our Dispute Resolution department where she assists on a range of commercial disputes including breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes and debt recovery.
Danielle also has experience in immigration law; she advises on all aspects of business immigration and nationality law including sponsor licence applications, highly skilled (Tier 1) and skilled (Tier 2) migrant applications under the points based system and European free movement applications.
Danielle has written a number of articles for the Law Gazette and Tottels Journal of Immigration Asylum and Nationality, is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association and participates in the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Skills and Employment Forum.
