Dispute Resolution

Technology and Communications Group
We are expert in the complexities of technology. That expertise combined with our in-depth knowledge of the technology and communication industries and our creative approach to problem solving enabales us to deliver proactive and user-friendly solutions in both the non-contentious and contentious arenas.

Teacher Stern’s Technology and Communications Group expanded considerably in 2009 with the addition of hires both at Partner and solicitor level and is now headed up by 5 Partners and one
Consultant. Our clients include major multinational, European and large UK based companies. Our team has extensive experience of dealing with clients in the highly regulated banking and financial services industries.

Members of our team have advised companies which include Unisys Limited, Fujitsu Network Communications Inc, Virgin Media Limited, Cable and Wireless plc, T-Mobile (UK) Limited and numerous major investment banks and financial institutions. We act for both suppliers and end users.

We regularly advise clients on avoiding, managing and resolving disputes and are fully familiar with and have a successful record in using alternative dispute resolution mechanisms including arbitration (under the LCIA and ICC rules), early neutral evaluation and mediation to resolve disputes at a very early stage.

We build and maintain very strong relationships with many US and European law firms with particular expertise in technology and communications and consequently we are able to provide assistance to clients in multiple jurisdictions.
