Peter has practised law for over 30 years in the Company / Commercial fields and has a wide range of direct experience having been an executive director of travel and publishing businesses, and a non-executive director of quoted book publishers, AIM listed estate agents and property developers, a charter airline and a brand design company.

Peter believes in acting in a practical and hands on manner for clients giving them personal advice, focussed on achieving their objectives.

Recent legal work includes the acquisition of Charlton Athletic Football Club; advising extensively on the formation acquisition and sale of off-shore property investment entities; re-financing of corporate group lending; management buy-out of a UK subsidiary of an Italian conglomerate; joint venture and shareholder agreements; corporate mediation.
