Biography
David joined Teacher Stern’s Commercial Litigation department as a paralegal in July 2019 and is currently a Trainee Solicitor.

Experience
Commercial Litigation – David has acted on many high profile cases. Some notable cases include:
• Various SAM Borrowers v BOS (Shared Appreciation Mortgages) NO.1 PLC and others – this case has been reported extensively by the BBC, Financial Times, Sunday Times, Telegraph and many other media outlets;
• Bahia v Sidhu [2022] EWHC 875 (Ch);
• Satyam Enterprises Ltd v Burton [2021] EWCA Civ 287.
Commercial Property – Some notable experience includes acting on the purchases of properties worth £14,000,000 and £12,000,000, and the sales of properties worth £4,000,000 and £5,000,000.
Construction – Drafting and negotiating construction documents such as: professional appointments, collateral warranties, building contracts and development agreements.
Personal
Having grown up in Gibraltar, David speaks Spanish fluently. He also speaks French and Hebrew.
