Arran joined us from Gannons Solicitors in October 2019 as an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial department.

Experience
o Assisted on the sale of the entire issued share capital of a leading data provider for smart contracts and blockchain applications to one of its competitors for circa £15m.
o Assisted on a three cornered demerger of a property maintenance business following a dispute between the current shareholders of the company, which included share-for-share exchanges, dividends-in-specie and a capital reduction.
o Advised on the sale of certain of the issued share capital of a healthcare solutions provider to a competitor for circa £6m. The deal involved completion accounts, consideration shares and an earn-out mechanism.
o Advised on the sale of the entire issued share capital of three public houses in Central London for circa £4m. The deal involved completion accounts and deferred consideration.
o Assisted on the management buy-out of an IT recruitment solutions provider that employs more than 150 direct employees and onsite contractors for circa £3m. The deal involved deferred consideration by way of a secured loan note.
o Advised the founders of an online platform company, which enables its customers to discover, compare and book catering, on investment into the company by current and new investors for circa £1.7m.
