Frank is a commercial contracts lawyer specialising in cloud, technology, data & intellectual property.

Frank advises on commercial contracts for buying or selling goods or services and provides specialist legal advice on cloud, SaaS, tech, AI, ML, intellectual property and GDPR.

He has a can-do mentality and has a pragmatic approach to solving problems and managing risk. He helps clients maximise return on investment by allocating risk properly upfront through robust contracts, avoiding costly court battles later over disputes that could have been prevented.
