Jon Poole and team acted for the founders of the digital experience agency Manifesto Digital on the sale of Manifesto Digital to Panoply Holdings and their subsequent involvement in the AIM IPO of Panoply Holdings – following an over-subscription, with a market capitalisation at admission of approximately £30 million and having raised gross proceeds of £5 million.

Manifesto joins the Norwegian business transformation consultancy Bene Agere, digital transformation specialists Notbinary and distributed software development company Questers as an integral member of Panoply Holdings, a digitally-native technology services group targeting expansion and acquisitions throughout Europe over the next few years.
