Naomi is a commercial contracts lawyer advising a wide range of businesses on everything from standard terms and conditions to data protection.

Before joining Teacher Stern as an Associate in 2023 she was an in-house lawyer advising on general commercial contracts, SaaS contracts and intellectual property.
