Roisin advises both employers and employees across a wide range of sectors on contentious and non-contentious matters. She provides strategic, commercially focused advice to businesses and pragmatic support to individuals.

Roisin has experience advising senior executives on managing exits and negotiating settlement arrangements.  She also has expertise in handling and settling Employment Tribunal litigation. She frequently advises on workplace disputes, including discrimination and whistleblowing, and on drafting contracts of employment and post-termination restrictions.

Roisin is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
