Shehla joined Teacher Stern in 2026 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team. Shehla has experience both in-house and in private practice. Prior to joining Teacher Stern, Shehla worked in the in-house legal team of a global shipping company dealing with both company secretarial matters and transactional work. Shehla has worked in private practice at Stevens & Bolton where she was assisting on a variety of M&A deals predominantly in the healthcare sector, including nurseries and dental practices.
