Biography
Sing joined Teacher Stern LLP from Machins Solicitors LLP in February 2022 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate department having gained extensive experience in a wide range of Corporate and Commercial matters in his former role.
Sing has experience in advising a diverse range of clients on acquisitions and disposals of shares or assets, together with associated corporate and business finance, security, contract, intellectual property and commercial property considerations as well as implementing restructuring, share buybacks, private equity investment, share schemes and advising on data protection, corporate governance and complex commercial contracts.
In Sing’s spare time he likes to hike, run and climb having scaled Ben Nevis, Snowden and Scafell Pike, completed a marathon and regularly goes indoor bouldering. He also completed a 100 mile cycling sportive and two 50 mile cycling sportives. In addition to these interests, Sing is passionate about charity work and has undertaken the following to raise money: 3 Peaks Challenge, Yorkshire Peaks Challenge, Luton to Paris Cycle, Jurassic Coastal Walk and a Sleepout.
